You acknowledge that once delivery of the digital content has begun, you lose your right to cancel the purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This applies because the product is a personalised digital download.
Refunds for Faulty Digital Content

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Customers are encouraged to review the sample product displayed.
If you find that the digital content you have purchased is faulty, please contact info@astrologia.co.uk as soon as possible providing details of the issue.
Where digital content is found to be faulty we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not possible or cannot be completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which can include a full or partial refund.
We will process any agreed refunds without undue delay, and within 14 days after entitlement has been confirmed.
